Do you have a home or garden project you’re working on during the pandemic?

Did you know that all Knottwood CL members can claim an individual annual membership for the Edmonton Tool Library for FREE as part of your annual Knottwood membership. This will allow you to borrow up to eight items from their large inventory of hand, power, and yard tools for a week at a time.

What is a tool library?

Tool libraries are like book libraries, but for hand and power tools. They ensure affordable access to tools, provide a space to share skills and knowledge, and maximize the use of tools by lending them to members.

How to access the tool library
To claim your membership, please visit their location at the Bellevue Community Hall (7308 112 Avenue NW Edmonton) and bring photo identification and your Knottwood community league membership card or get in touch with them over the phone.
If you’re an individual trying to make use of a community league membership (and you haven’t borrowed tools from us before), you’ll need to fill out our membership form and sign our waiver (including the Covid-19 addition) which can also be found on the membership page. We’re working on implementing digital forms, but for now we’re using paper. If you don’t have access to a printer, we will have spare forms available during open hours.

To make the process faster you can complete a tool library membership application and review the release of liability waiver, COVID form and borrowing policy. View these forms here
