Being a victim is a topic that people would like to avoid. Unfortunately, we live in an increasingly dangerous society where we’re faced with bullying, assaults, and other forms of aggression. Learning to defend yourself is an important life skill.
Spend 3 hours with us learning some simple and effective self-defense tactics that one day may be needed to defend yourself or loved ones.
Our aim is to help you build confidence while we teach you effective and efficient techniques and tactics to be able to defend yourself in a range of situations.
Learn the same techniques and tactics that we have taught to individuals in Law Enforcement, Security, and Military.
We will incorporate weapon defense, use of surroundings and psychological techniques in our workshop.
