We are delighted to welcome True North Aid’s A Taste of Indigenous Canada to our Knottwood Centre! ATOIC was established in Ontario in 2019, and they are kicking off ATOIC 2024 in Edmonton at our Knottwood Centre on Sunday, April 7!

  • Join us for an Indigenous artisans market
  • Enjoy samples of traditional food from Tee Pee Treats
  • Gather for a time of teaching and interactive learning
  • Experience a Powwow 101 workshop with facilitator and performer Sissy Thiessen Kootenayoo of Wase Saba(Black Bear) Experiences
  • Be treated to the drumming, singing, and stories of Chubby Cree.
