We are hiring a part-time League Administrator for our new Knottwood Community Centre!

The League Administrator will be responsible for managing hall rentals and equipment, providing tours of the facility, coordinating meetings and calendars, assisting with the promotion of KCL programs/events, assisting with our social media, vendor/contractor management, ordering office supplies, managing the league’s IT and email, reception duties, assisting with league bookkeeping, and supporting volunteer Board members.

If you are detail-oriented, have a positive attitude, are community-minded and professional, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are great with technology, we would LOVE to hear from you.

Pay: $20 to $25/hr
