Greg Campbell is a local portrait photographer living in the Knottwood area who is working on a project this summer called “The People of Knottwood”. He will be out and about Knottwood taking images of the wonderful folks living in our area.
He is looking for volunteers – the everyday good people of Knottwood – who would be interested in participating in this project by sitting (or standing – depending on the location) for a portrait.
“My current thinking is that I’m going to be doing individual portraits and perhaps couples. Meaning that if you’d like your family to participate that would be fantastic, but the results will most likely be individual images,” said Campbell.
All portraits will be taken outside around the community in different locations.
“I’d like to do a show with the images at some point in the future where we can all get together (those who have had their portrait taken as part of the project, and those who I haven’t been able to connect with as well), share a drink, conversation, and get to know each other better,” said Campbell.
There will be no charge for the sitting and you will receive a free digital image from the results. If you’re interested in participating, you can email him at greg.campbell.photography@gmail.com.
