Are you looking for a low-impact fitness class? Join us for our new Zumba Gold class running from April 24 to June 12. Designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising or who may be limited physically, Zumba Gold is lower intensity, not as fast, but certainly just as much fun!
