This one-hour yoga will be practised slowly and more actively to assist with the reduction of stress and improve body stability. Sitting in a chair for extended periods of time causes tight hips, which might also impact our knees and hamstrings. Yoga helps us to work on simple dynamic movements that can be practised often to release the stress on the lower spine and minimize the knee pains, groin pains, etc. Yoga helps improve blood circulation which can increase energy and reduce fatigue.
