The Knottwood Community League has started a Knitting Club where we can meet weekly to work on our knitting/crocheting projects with our neighbours!
Our next project, a blanket, will be led by Allison Barnes, the owner of Allison Barnes Yarns. We will meet weekly on Wednesday evening (except the third Wednesday or each month due to our Community League Boards meetings) to work on our projects.
How the Group will Work: There are 20 spots available in the training group (adults only, please). Previous knitting group members will have the first opportunity to register for the next project. Costs will vary for each individual project.
Once our workshops portion is done, we will look into starting a weekly group for all knitters/crocheters to meet at the hall to work on their individual projects, help each other, answer questions, fix mistakes and make new friends! Stay tuned for more information!
