The Mill Woods Seniors Association (MWSA) enhances the independence of seniors (55 years and over), by providing a range of programs and services to meet their recreational and social needs. Each month, they host a range of activities and events seniors in Mill Woods. Below is a list of what’s happening December, 2017.

Mill Woods Seniors Association Christmas Dinner Social – Friday, Dec. 8, 5-10 pm
Enjoy a traditional turkey dinner, live musical entertainment, and door prizes at our very popular annual event. Doors at 5 PM, dinner at 6 PM. Tickets: $25. Buy your tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Outing: Muttart Conservatory: Thurs Dec 14, 5:00-8:30 PM
Enjoy the beautiful and interesting plant displays. On this night, The Amati Musicians will play holiday favourites. Come ready to sing along to their cheery tunes and get in the holiday mood! Cost is for bus transportation (school bus) and admission. Bus will leave MWSA at 5:00 PM and return at 8:30 PM.  Cost: $20members/$25 non-members. Please pay and register by Monday Dec 11, 2017.

Classical Christmas Music Concert -Performed by Opus 12: Sat Dec 16, 10-11 AM
Celebrate this joyous season with holiday music from talented musicians! Everyone welcome. No Cost. Please RSVP.

Christmas Choir/Handbells & Sing-a-Long- Performed by the students of Michael Strembitsky School. Tues Dec 19, 9-10 AM. Everyone welcome. Free!

Lunchtime Christmas Choir – Performed by the Menisa Music Club 12-00 to 12:30 p.m.; Everyone welcome. Free!
