Vendor applications are now open for the Knottwood Holiday Craft Fair happening Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Knottwood Centre.
This popular event will feature over 35 vendor spaces, door prizes, a free hot cocoa bar, craft station and face painting for shoppers, roaming characters for photos with kids and a concession hosted by the Knottwood Scouts.
Table costs: $45. Handmade vendors only.

If you’re a maker—or if you know a favourite local artisan you’d love to see at the fair—please help spread the word. We’re especially looking for:
- ceramics & pottery
- bath & body care
- jewellery & accessories
- woodworking & home décor
- textiles (knit, crochet, sewing, fibre arts)
- candles & home fragrance
- art & prints
- baked goods & packaged treats
- paper goods & stationery
- holiday gifts, ornaments & seasonal décor
- and other well-made, handmade, and unique items perfect for holiday gifting
The market is well attended and widely advertised. Last year, we had almost 700 shoppers over 5 hours. We aim to create a vibrant, high-quality shopping experience that attracts strong community turnout and supports local makers in a meaningful way.
Selection Criteria
All items MUST BE HANDMADE. To create a vibrant and balanced marketplace, priority will be given to vendors who:
- offer high-quality, well-crafted handmade products
- have an active online presence (Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.)
- provide strong product photography and a clear business description for promotion
To ensure variety and a strong shopping experience, only a limited number of vendors will be accepted per product category. Once a category is full, applicants will be placed on a waitlist.
