DESCRIPTION:Calling all residents of Ekota\, Menisa and Satoo! \nJoin us on Wednesday\, November 21\, 2018 for our annual AGM. Whether it’s joining the Board of Directors or learning how you can participate in events and programs\, come out to see how you can get involved with your Knottwood Community League and learn more about what is going on in your community. \nSCHEDULE OF EVENTS: \n6:30 pm Meet and Greet\nCome meet the Board members and enjoy Coffee\, Tea and Appetizers in the renovated Hall!\n7:00 pm Welcome\n7:05 pm Review of the Agenda\n7:10 pm Approval of November 2017 AGM Minutes\n7:15 pm President’s Report\n– PowerPoint Presentation\n7:30 pm Treasurer’s Report\n7:45 pm Elections\n8:15 pm Closing Comments\n8:30 pm Adjournment \nWe also encourage youth to attend and get involved.
