 If you’ve been wanting to improve your health and get in shape, we’ve got a great new program for you.

This training class will provide a full body work out focusing on strength and conditioning. There will be cardio and weight training involved using various tools such as TRX, Battle Ropes, Sandbags, kettle bells and free weights.

NEW! Deidre’s fall challenge: Win six free 1-on-1 personal training sessions ($300 value). Take part in fitness evaluations (squat test, wall sit test, v-sit hold and cardio element) before, during and at the end of the 8-week program. The participant with the most improvements, wins!

Please note: Due to space limitations inside the hall, children are not allowed to watch but are encouraged to participate if they meet the age requirement.
